Book Your Staff Christmas Party at Epic

Make memories in 2025, book an evening at Epic for your staff. Suitable for numbers of 200-300, and fully customisable to your needs.

Hire includes:

The full venue with unique Christmas decorations for the year
Tables & chairs
Performance stage with its full range of lights and audio tech
Fully stocked bar and staff for the evening

Our bar can provide a wide range of arrival drinks, packages or pre-paid bar tabs.

We are open for you to bring your own caterers to us or we can provide you with one of partners, whether it's a sit down meal, buffet or just a few canapés.

The stage is yours, if you are looking to make speeches or finish the night on the dance floor with performances from a live band or DJ.

Our Theme For 2025 is 'Nights Of Narnia'

The venue will be transformed into the enchanted forest of Narnia, featuring ancient glowing lampposts, snowy mythical trees and maybe a few talking animals.

Our decorations cover the entire venue, including huge Christmas trees, snow machines, table props and a designated photo spot.
