EPIC has a long track record for hosting major conferences and corporate events. Recent refurbishment has made the centre even more suited to this purpose.

The main studio - Studio E - has configurable rostra seating for audiences of up to 300. The studio floor can also be set out banquet style for dinners, presentation and awards evenings. Attractive food and drink can be supplied throughout the building by our specialist in-house caterers, who offer a variety of menus.

One of the smaller studios - Studio 4 - has configurable rostra seating for audiences of up to 50.

Other meeting rooms and break-out locations are also available, including presentation or board rooms for 30-50 persons, complete with advanced HD screening and surround-sound audio facilities.
